Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, after quitting gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at the age of 16, when she gave up gymnastics. When she was 17, she received her Pro Card one year later. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro in history. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her university education. She came back in 2015 and carried on from the point where she had left competing in top competitions such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show, she continued competing for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred during the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. In June of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to be 6th place in the Fitness Division, despite not having any expectations. The competition was among the very best. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. and sitting rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be light weight day and the other heavy weight day.
